Flat customization fee: US$49.99
This fee is added to the listed product price and covers the customization options above. Send us the product link and your requested changes so we can confirm the details. Major changes that require a new design will be quoted as a fully custom project.

Have an original character or a specific mascot in mind? Send us your character artwork, sketch or reference images. We will review the design and discuss how it can be made into a wearable costume.

This is an approximate price, not a fixed quote. Your final quote will depend on the design’s complexity, construction requirements and level of detail. We will provide a project-specific quote after reviewing your artwork and requirements.
What to send us
- Your starting point: a website product link or your character artwork. Front, side and back views are helpful if available.
- Your customization details: requested colors, minor design changes, logo files and preferred logo placement. Include color codes if you have them.
- Performer sizing: height, chest, waist and hips, plus any fit or mobility needs.
- Intended use: tell us where and how the mascot will be used, including indoor or outdoor events.
- Order details: quantity, destination country and postal code, and the date you need the costume.

- Confirm before production. Review and approve the agreed design details in writing. Later changes may affect the price and schedule.
