Shop with confidence: you do not need to bear the cost of import duties on your VIPMascot order. All our products are covered by our import duty reimbursement policy. If customs requires you to pay import duties, keep the official invoice and payment receipt so we can reimburse you.
We cover import duties on your order.
What to Expect at Your Destination
United States, Canada,
United Kingdom & Australia
Orders to these destinations are normally delivered without additional import duty payments or any customs clearance action required from you. If you do receive a customs notice, contact us and follow the steps below.
European Union
Occasionally, parcels sent to EU countries may be held for customs clearance. Customs or the carrier may ask you to provide information or pay import duties before releasing your parcel. Please cooperate with clearance and keep all official invoices and payment receipts for reimbursement.
Our duty coverage is a VIPMascot service commitment. Parcels may still be inspected or require clearance by the destination's customs authority.
If Your Parcel Is Held by Customs
- Follow the clearance instructions. Respond to customs or the carrier and provide the information requested through their official channels. Contact us if you need order details or help understanding the notice.
- Pay import duties if required for release. If you are unsure about a payment request, email us a copy of the notice so we can help you check it.
- Keep your documents. Save the official customs duty invoice and proof of payment. Clear photos or scans will help us review your reimbursement request.
How to Request Reimbursement
Email sale@vipmascot.com with:
- Your order number and shipment tracking number.
- The official customs duty invoice showing the duty amount and currency.
- A receipt or other proof that you paid the import duties.
We will reimburse the import duties shown on your official customs invoice once we have checked the supporting documents. Our team will contact you to arrange the reimbursement.
